This Sawtell residence had noticed pool decking sagging and it had movement in it.
Additionally, the decking was starting to separate from the pool itself, creating a gap.

The hardwood decking was removed and put aside for later use.

Water damaged framing was removed.

Water- proof membrane was applied against concrete pool egdge.

New framing was built with angled water run- off away from the pool area.

Hardwood decking was re-laid over new framing.
