Dual Occupancy Dwelling

This new dual residency project in now under way at Boambee NSW.

Current clients are a family members consisting of parents with adult son and wife looking to enjoy a semi rural lifestyle on a larger half an acre block yet still conveniently close to all amenities and local beaches.

This residency will have 2 separate dwellings under one roof-line, but at the same time allowing individuality with design.

Building products selection will limit noise transfer between the residences.

Each dwelling will have different design, allowing individuality with interior layouts and finishes.

The natural fall of the block was utilised to create 4 bay parking and storage rooms underneath the western side of the built.

The exterior cladding is now completed with Scyon cladding  painted in coastal pale blue finish and the roof is constructed from Colorbond steel in Surfmist.

Australian made 500mm Twista Grande roof vents have been installed for the roof to vent out heat and condensation from the roof cavity.

Internal frames and plasterboard walls are completed.

Electrical and plumbing has been roughed in. Waterproofing is completed for wet areas.

Hardwood timber flooring is being laid next following fix-out and painting.

Bathroom tiling and fit out will follow as well as kitchen installations in the next few weeks.

The estimated completion is towards the end of the 2019.
