ABOUT THE BUILDER
Matthew Lloyd has over 30 years experience in the building industry. He started out as a carpenter and joiner after which he obtained his builders licence. Over the years, Matthew has gained industry experience with an hands on approach through various projects.
For a period of 13 years, Matthew shifted his focus into training and education and after finishing a degree in Adult Education, taught Cert IV in Building Studies at NSW Institute of TAFE in Sydney.
A sea change to Coffs Coast in 2016 saw Matthew returning back to the building industry with a strong focus in renovating existing homes.
Matthew has had the pleasure of taking on local renovation and extension projects since then, establishing his connections with other local trades persons and businesses to form trusted work relationships.
